New Service Bureau Business for Small and Mid-Size CTAs Powered by TheBooks
CHICAGO, IL - DMAXX, LLC and CTA Services LLC have begun a new alliance to deliver TheBooks’ comprehensive back office management capabilities for managed accounts under a service bureau business model.

Version 3.0.4 of TheBooks released to beta
The much anticipated customer beta of version 3.0.4 of TheBooks has begun. This version of TheBooks incorporates a wide range of new and enhanced capabilities requested by the user community and re-enforces DMAXX’s position as providing the premier automation solution to the alternative investor with managed accounts.
Some of the new and enhanced capabilities in the latest release are:
- TheBooks can now automatically report trade corrections (cancel/corrects) to counter parties
- FIX Drop copy is now available for direct connections to ICE
- The programming interface now exposes detailed contract performance data including details at the trading system level
- The reporting interface has been completely re-written to support user-customization and provides the basis for the up-coming end user report writer.
The customer beta process is expected to last no more than thirty days, after which it will be rolled out to the rest of the customer base.

DMAXX now an ICE Trade Capture Vendor
DMAXX, LLC is now certified as an ICE Trade Capture Vendor. This means that TheBooks FIX integration has passed ICE conformance certification testing performed by the IntercontinentalExchange.
The integration between ICE and TheBooks means all executions done at the IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) can be automatically routed into TheBooks for block trade assignment, price allocations, and counter-party notifications.
These trades also feed into TheBooks reconciler, position management, and trade accounting components, providing a fully integrated process for trading managed accounts.

DMAXX now a member of the TT Connected Program
DMAXX, LLC is now a member of the Trading Technologies Connected program. Membership in this program means that TheBooks integration with TT has been tested by Trading Technologies and is certified to be fully compliant with their applications and trading infrastructure.
